``under the skin
Years: 4 years old
Gender: Male
Breed: Himalayan Wolf
Appearance:
This male was made for power and strength from the start, as most males should be. He has square set shoulders, long legs, and big paws to match. Chaaron is thick boned and burly, so he depends on his brute strength rather than on being agile and lithe. His stamina also comes into handy too. Chaaron has a lot of definition and some muscle to his frame, so he is not a chunky wolf at all. This male has an almost honey colored base coat, mixed in with splashes of blacks and whites here, there, and everywhere. This male has rounded ears, a long muzzle, and a bushy tail. He has ivory colored canines and a pink tongue. Perhaps the most stunning thing about Chaaron though is his eyes. With the infection came an eye mutation. Originally, Chaaron’s eyes were a golden yellow, but once he was changed, they turned into a velvety maroon shade. There can be an almost soulless look to them when the disease takes effect. They are always bright though and reflecting some sort of emotion on a normal, daily basis.
``inside my mind
Personality:
Where do we begin to describe Chaaron? He is a conglomeration of things really, and an enigma of sorts. There are elements of his personality are brought out by the disease that normally wouldn’t show up under normal circumstances. Chaaron is a very placid and calm wolf on a daily basis. He was raised to be noble and trustworthy lad from a very young age. This male graciously respected elders and those higher in ranking than he was. Chaaron would do whatever he was told to do without any complaints. When he was old enough, Chaaron even did soldier work for the neighboring pack as a protector. But when things changed and the infection appeared, so did Chaaron’s demeanor. He would go on uncontrolled rampages, shedding blood of those that he cared for the most. When the disease symptoms show up, Chaaron seems to fade into the background and a monster takes his place. From that point on, he was assigned to bury the dead in the pack. Many thought he would never make anything of himself. Chaaron stole away in the cover of night, leaving rotting bodies uncovered and fly-ridden.

History:
Newborn to Cubhood: Chaaron was the second son and middle child. He and his siblings had their squabbles sometimes like all do, but they always remained close. Where one of the cubs went, the others did too. Life was relatively easy and carefree during this period in time.
Cubhood-Adolescence: The cubs were going stronger each day and began developing distinct personalities all their own. Each one became vital members of the pack in their own ways. Chaaron rapidly became a guardian of the family and was quite good at it too as time progressed. He fought many fights and rarely didn’t come out as the victor.
Adolescence-Adult: It was around this time that the disease began to take hold of Chaaron’s pack. Wolves were dropping like flies and it was spreading quickly. The male was assigned to protect not only against diseased animals in his own pack, but a trusted neighbor’s pack too. Chaaron got infected by a particular band of wolves that attacked him while out on a solitary patrol. The most serious of his injuries was on his stomach and he has missing fur and silver scars to prove it. Chaaron sort of began to lose his mind then, and he attacked his own siblings that he loved so much by accident. The pack allowed him to stay, at a distance, dragging bodies to the edge of the territory and burying them.
Adult-Present: Chaaron remained dutiful to being a grave keeper until he could take no more of it. He left his main pack because he didn’t feel needed or wanted like he used to. Chaaron felt bad about killing his siblings, but when the disease decides to take hold, it is sort of a release of frustration and emotions and he just lets everything go.
